The CA Leadership Masterclass is a course that was developed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe (ICAZ) to prepare the students for leadership roles and cover skills that enable them to be future fit and relevant accountants. ICAZ has partnered with Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) to offer the CA Leadership Masterclass to CA Zambia students and graduates as it will provide essential soft skills to all Chartered Accountant students and all members from Licentiate and above.
